Sullivan Boys Christmas 2011

I have had the pleasure of photographing these two boys since birth. It has been such an honor to watch them grow and to be able to capture their ever-changing personalities. For this Christmas we decided to shoot at Fort Pulaski, one of my favorite photo locations in Savannah. The boys had never been. My sister, who is also my assistant, and I picked the boys up and took them on our fun little adventure. Since the boys' mom and I are good friends, she trusts me to take her boys without her. Not to mention, a mom of twin boys needs a little break from time to time. The boys had so much fun climbing and exploring. They were perfectly behaved and did almost everything we asked of them. Although, telling a little boy to climb on top of a giant cannon usually doesn't get much resistance. Anyway, here are just few of my favorites. It was so hard to pick. Beach with Emmalyn and Rachel

It's been a while, but my sister and I finally got a chance to take some new photos of her and her daughter, Emmalyn. It was a great afternoon and Emma was fresh from a two hour nap. She is extremely difficult to photograph, because...well, she never wants to be photographed. I basically just got down and dirty, or should I say, sandy with her. For some of these, I was practically laying in the sand just waiting for her to look at me. Luckily, she was in a great mood, which allowed us to get her to do some of what we requested. She's stubborn and strong willed, but is super sweet and has one of the best little personalities I know. Ok, ok, I am a bit partial, seeing as she is my niece. Just let the pictures speak for themselves. Here are some of my favorites. It was hard to pick just a few. Enjoy...

I recently had the opportunity to photograph the wonderful DiNatale siblings. The day we scheduled turned out to be cloudy and rainy, but we still had a blast and got some really great photos. Here are a few of my favorites.

Baby McKenley

This is my beautiful new neice, McKenley. Our family is truly blessed to have such precious little ones joining our lives. It's amazing how fast time goes by, and her big cousin Emmalyn is a reminder to us all that in the blink of an eye they go from adorable little babies to beautiful little girls. God is truly amazing and we thank him everyday for these wonderful gifts!

This little cutie just turned one! We had a blast at his birthday pool party. It was a perfect afternoon only made better with an endless supply of Ice Cream, which as you can see, the birthday boy absolutely loved!

Once again, we found ourselves out at Fort Pulaski for a photo shoot. It is such a beautiful place and is a wonderful location for photographing. On this particular day we were capturing the Stowers' twins just before they're first birthday. They have grown like crazy since our last photo session. Noah's 6th Birthday

Noah decided that he wanted to have a soldier party for his 6th birthday, so Ft. Pulaski made the perfect setting for his birthday pictures. We had to rechedule twice because of the weather, but we were finally blessed with a beautiful afternoon that made the outing just perfect. Here are a few pictures from our day. One of my best friends since middle school, Allison, and her husband Mike were bound and determined to have a baby. It was a long and hard journey, but they finally had all their prayers answered when God granted them the greatest gift of all... a beautiful baby boy! His name is London, he is 3 months old, and just the cutest thing ever! Here are some of the pictures from our first photo shoot. Aren't his eyes just gorgeous?

One of my repeat clients bought the cutest pink rain outfit for her 2 year old daughter, Carson, and of course we had to document the ensemble. Shortly after we started photographing the bugs started to figure out we were there, and if you are familiar with Savannah, Ga then you know all about gnats. Well, Carson was not happy with the "lady bugs" swarming her face, but she still insisted on posing for the shots. She's such a trooper when it comes to our photography sessions.
